You know that voice in your head that says “You’re not good enough”?

1. Give it a name. Seriously — it helps. “Oh hey, Negative Nancy.”


2. Say, “Thanks for trying to protect me, but I’ve got this.”


3. Replace the thought. Instead of “I can’t,” try “I’m learning.”

Your true voice?


It’s kind. Encouraging. Brave.

It’s time to turn *that* volume up — and turn the critic way down.
